It carries less acidic bite than many African coffees, so anyone who prefers lower acidity can still enjoy its wine-like brilliance, fragrant fruit notes, and silky body.Hand-picked cherries reach the wet mill the same day they are harvested, where they are sorted, wet-processed, and sun-dried on raised tables before secondary processing at the dry mill. The AA grade is grown by Bungoma County smallholders, most tending fewer than 200 trees each and delivering fresh cherries to cooperative mills.
