30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Contact us at info@webamulse.shop or through our contact page, and include your order number and the items you would like to return.

How to return an item

Return shipping costs

We, the seller, cover return shipping costs. We will explain the return shipping arrangement when you contact us. You will not be required to bear the return shipping cost.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us if your order is damaged, contains the wrong item or is missing an item. Provide your order number and a description of the problem; photos can help where available. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us before disposing of the item or returning it.

Refund timing and method

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. If we confirm that a return is not required, the refund will be issued within 10 business days of that confirmation. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes priority.

We will notify you when the refund is issued. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Contact us if you need help checking the status of a refund.

Cancellations and shipping delays
