1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of webamulse.shop and purchases made through this online store. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to webamulse.shop. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information or payment method.

3. Product information

Read the product description, brand, size, format, ingredients and preparation information where provided before purchasing. If you have a product question, contact us before ordering. Product availability and the options offered are shown in the store.

4. Prices and checkout

Prices and the checkout total are shown before you place an order. The store's base currency is USD. Taxes, where applicable, are presented during checkout. Our U.S. shipping policy provides free shipping when the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping reaches $20.00; otherwise the shipping charge is $8.00. 5. Orders and payment

Check your order details, contact information and delivery address before submitting an order. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Contact us promptly if you identify an error in an order.

If a product cannot be supplied or a material pricing or product information error affects an order, we will contact you about available options. If the affected item is not supplied, any payment for it will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

6. Processing and delivery

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit is estimated at 3–7 business days, for an estimated total of 4–9 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If shipment is delayed beyond the stated processing time, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel unshipped items for a full, prompt refund.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy provides a 30-day return request period after delivery, seller-paid return shipping, and refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt of the return, subject to any shorter deadline required by law. Contact us before sending a return.

9. Store content and third-party brands

Store content and third-party brand names, logos and product information remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Using this store does not grant ownership of those materials. Brand names identify the products listed; no business affiliation or certification is stated unless expressly identified and supported on the relevant page.

We may update these terms and identify the revision date above. Updates do not retrospectively remove the terms or rights that applied to an order when it was placed.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
