Fresh Roasted Coffee, Organic Colombian, Medium Roast Whole Bean Coffee - 12oz

Organic Colombian is a true standout among Colombian coffees. The body is silky smooth and genuinely delightful, with lovely notes of almond and chocolate and a bright hint of citrus at the finish. This coffee comes from co-ops in Colombia's Sierra Nevada region, formed to unite local farming families and replace the competitive practices that once drove the regional market. Many of these farmers are recognized victims of armed conflict; working together, they produce some of Colombia's most sought-after coffee while using organic practices that protect local ecosystems and support biodiversity and stability.
